REALTIMEDATACOLLECTOR MASTER POLICY AGREEMENT

PART 1: TERMS & CONDITIONS of USE

“Notice of Privacy Infrastructure Upgrade: We are currently transitioning our platform to an enhanced Research-Grade Data Integrity system. This upgrade includes a move to Zero-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) Hashing to ensure absolute participant anonymity. These updated standards will take effect automatically as new system features are deployed. You may view our current policy below.”

“Please note that while you may establish your own custom terms and privacy policies for your users, the platform’s overarching Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (available on the Main page) remain supreme and govern all operations. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the platform’s master agreements shall strictly take precedence and control.”

PART 2: Privacy Policy

1. The Forensic Integrity Mandate RealTimeDataCollector is a “Forensic-First” platform designed for the creation of independent and secure data nodes. Our architecture ensures that data is “Born Clean” and remains under the exclusive control of the authorized administrator.

2. Zero-Access & Data Sovereignty

The Firewall: Once an Account Holder (Admin) resets their system-generated password, RealTimeDataCollector staff have zero technical or administrative access to the data units.
Admin-Only Visibility: Data gathered is accessible to the Admin Account Holder only. We do not maintain “backdoor” access, metadata visibility, or secondary data rights.
Independent Units: Every data collection unit is an isolated silo. Access is gated by a unique Admin Code issued by the Administrator.

3. Data Minimization (What We Do NOT Collect)

No PII: We do not proactively collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or residential addresses.
No IP Tracking: To ensure absolute privacy, the system does not track or log IP addresses of participants within the data collection environment.
Zero-Tracking Guarantee: We do not use cookies or identifiers to track users across third-party websites or apps for marketing purposes.

4. Information We Do Collect

Registration: We collect only a verified email address to establish and secure your Admin account.
Mechanical Security (Captcha): Standard Captcha protection is used at the time of form submission. This processes technical data temporarily to verify human interaction and protect data purity from automated “bot” interference.

5. Global Compliance (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

No Sale of Data: We do not sell or trade your registration or collected data.
Data Controller vs. Processor: RealTimeDataCollector acts as a “Data Processor.” The Account Holder (Admin) acts as the “Data Controller” and legal custodian of the collected data.
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.

6. Automated Access Purge vs. Permanent Data Retention

Dormant Account Access Purge: To prevent credential leaks and protect institutional networks from unauthorized access vectors, user account login profiles and authentication credentials are automatically deactivated and wiped after 90 days of complete project inactivity.
Permanent Data Preservation: The underlying research datasets (the collected rows, metrics, and files) are completely excluded from this automated 90-day deactivation. The data remains permanently stored, intact, and safe. The platform provider cannot alter or delete this data; permanent data destruction or deletion is non-delegable and remains strictly under the direct, manual control of the Administrative Account Holder.

PART 3: Terms of Use

1. Use of the Service RealTimeDataCollector provides tools for independent, secure, and forensic data collection. By using this service, you agree to maintain the security of your unique Admin Codes.

2. Human-Only Submission Requirement To ensure forensic validity and data purity, all submissions must be made by human users. The use of automated scripts or “bots” is strictly prohibited and will be blocked by our Captcha security protocols.

3. The “Decision Trace” & Data Ownership

Ownership: The Account Holder retains 100% ownership of all data collected within their units.
Forensic Verification: Every submission is automatically logged with a forensic timestamp and hash, creating an immutable “Decision Trace” for audit purposes.
User Receipts: Users may utilize the “Email to Self” feature to receive a personal, timestamped receipt of their entry. RealTimeDataCollector does not store these email addresses.

4. Independent Secure Units Access to any survey or chart is restricted to authorized participants requiring an Admin Code. The platform is a “dark node” to those without a valid code.

5. Limitation of Liability RealTimeDataCollector is a technology provider. We do not monitor or verify the content of data collected by our users. The Account Holder is responsible for ensuring their data collection complies with all local laws, professional ethics, and institutional standards.

6. Administrative Data Deletion & Guardrail Deployment Status

Absolute Deletion Responsibility: RealTimeDataCollector operates strictly as a neutral, stateless ingestion conduit. The platform provider holds no vendor backdoors, master cryptographic recovery keys, or duplicate backup registries. Complete and non-delegable responsibility for dataset preservation, institutional backup management, and permanent data destruction rests exclusively with the designated Administrative Account Holder. The platform provider assumes absolute zero liability for accidental data loss, unrecoverable purges, or data-retention compliance failures executed by users.
Current Operational State (Single Administrative Purge): The platform currently operates a direct, single-action administrative data purge function. Once an authorized administrator executes this delete command, the data rows are permanently and instantly vaporized from the server framework with zero recovery capabilities.
Active R&D Pipeline (10-Download Safeguard Gate): A secondary, highly restrictive conditional 10-download verification gate—which dynamically locks the destruction engine until the identical dataset has been successfully exported exactly ten separate times—is currently undergoing final backend engineering optimization. This advanced safeguards block is actively being prioritized for deployment and is projected to be fully operational within the upcoming weeks. During this interim development window, administrators are explicitly instructed to manually verify their own local multi-copy backup redundancies before triggering the live, unrecoverable single-admin delete function.

PART 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property (IP) The Service, including its stateless data architecture, proprietary forensic hashing protocols, custom form logic, and the “RealTimeDataCollector” brand, are the exclusive property of RealTimeDataCollector and its founders. This IP is protected by United States and International copyright, trademark, and patent-pending laws. (Effective 1 June 2020; Updated 2026).

2. Scope of Protected Works

Digital Assets: Graphics, logos, button icons, and unique UI/UX designs.
Technical Logic: Proprietary AI-assisted workflows, “Decision Trace” forensic logging, and structural data-handling methodologies.
Compilations: The selection, coordination, and arrangement of all content within the platform as a collective work under the Berne Convention.

3. Limited License & Restrictions Unauthorized use includes: decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code or proprietary logic of the platform; using any data-mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools; or reproducing or “mirroring” the architecture for competing services.

4. Status of Inventions Certain aspects of this Service, specifically regarding its stateless distributed architecture, are currently subject to Provisional Patent status. Any unauthorized use of these specific methodologies may result in legal action following the issuance of formal patent rights.
